I am Dr. Md. Ziaul Hasan, a Consultant Microendoscopic and Open Spine and Orthopedic Surgeon with more than 10 years of experience in advanced spine and orthopedic surgery. I specialize in both minimally invasive and open spine surgeries, and I take special care in treating complex spine problems with accuracy, safety, and compassion.
I completed my MS in Orthopedics from Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) under Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU), where I graduated with excellent academic results. Since the beginning of my career, my goal has been to provide modern, effective, and patient-friendly spine care.
To improve my skills and bring world-class treatment to my patients, I completed several national and international fellowships in spine surgery from some of the world’s most reputed institutions. After my MS, I completed a Spine Surgery Fellowship at the Indian Spinal Injuries Center (ISIC), New Delhi. I then completed a Fellowship in Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery from the Laser Spine Center, Mumbai.
I also completed a Fellowship in Endoscopic Spine Surgery at AIN Hospital, Incheon, South Korea, under the guidance of world-renowned endoscopic spine surgeon Dr. Kangtaek Lim. In addition, I completed the APSS Medtronic Spine Fellowship from Hamamatsu University School of Medicine, Japan.
I worked for almost a decade with the country’s leading spine surgery team alongside Professor Dr. Md. Shah Alam at Bangladesh Spine and Orthopedic Hospital (BSOH). This experience helped me develop strong clinical judgment and advanced surgical skills.
Currently, I am working with honor and dedication in the Spine Unit of the National Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedic Rehabilitation (NITOR). My mission is to help patients return to a pain-free, active life through safe surgery, modern techniques, and honest medical care.
